Fortville Feeders Premium Five-Year Warranty

LIMITED FIVE-YEAR TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY 

Fortville Feeders, Inc. (FFI) will warrant defects in the material or manufacturer’s workmanship for five years on all premium products.  All components manufactured by FFI will also carry a limited five year warranty that is transferable from integrator to end user. Such items will include vibratory bowl drive units, inline track drive units and hopper drive units. Non FFI components shall carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty does not include wear items which need to be replaced over time during normal operations. The customer is responsible for installation costs and replacement parts for any wear items. The customer is also responsible for the ongoing preventative maintenance of the equipment. Products must have been subject to normal use and service and NOT have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up, or otherwise damaged. There shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. Defects to FFI equipment will be determined solely by a factory representative of FFI.  

For the first 12 months, after shipment from Fortville Feeders, FFI will pay for all shipping and handling of replacement parts. Beyond 12 months after shipment from FFI, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling of replacement parts.  This warranty does not cover system alignment after shipping. The customer will be responsible for proper installation and final alignment adjustments which could be required due to transportation. If you wish FFI to offer installation assistance, please contact your Project Manager for a quotation for reduced costs. The limited     five-year warranty is offered in the continental US only. Areas outside the continental US will be asked to pay for travel time and travel expenses. All in-plant labor will be free of charge. The warranty as described above is predicated on the receipt of all payments in accordance with the agreed upon payment terms. FFI reserves the right to call any outstanding amounts due prior to the performance of any warranty service or replacement of parts.
